You can move your mouse across most major cities in the US.  By clicking on the little house, you can see the median home price as well as the % increase/decrease.

While Chicago definitely hasn’t had the best showing in the past year, we are lucky not to be in Florida!  (Although Florida weather sounds pretty nice right now as I look outside at snow and ice).. =p
